wake-up time



Ideally described as a 15-minute slot between 5:30am and 7:30am. Also would depend on what time the sun rises and how far one commutes to work.


Dependent on the time you have breakfast:

Your body is hard wired to start raising its metabolism a few hours before you eat your first meal of the day. If you find yourself waking up too early and unable to get back to sleep then start having your breakfast at a later time. Conversely, if getting up is really hard then try having a solid breakfast at an earlier time. You will find that your body's natural wake up time is a fixed amount of time before the time you regularly eat breakfast. You can therefore adjust your wake up time by moving your regurlar breakfast times around.
